What type of amino acids should i take to help with my weighloss/muscle building process? - amino acids muscle building

Some say that glutamine arginine say some, some say, AACR

I'm so confused ....

All these 3 are good! BCAA before and after training. Glutamine upon awakening, after training and before bedtime. Arginine and wake up before training. But it depends really on your goal, diet and exercise program. You can be good amino acids, almost nothing of what you need in one bottle of pills or tablets to find that you can take with each meal (3 / 4 tablets per serving), I do not recommend you do, that's confusing.
