Dental Collection Letter Collections Help! The "fee" Is Enormous - How To Lower It.?

Collections Help! The "fee" is enormous - how to lower it.? - dental collection letter

I have to pay this large specialist dental services immediately. But in the last appointment, I asked the receptionist if they are paying no more, and I said. I have a bill in the mail a few weeks later. I think it is because the dentist had to work a little harder. It was $ 360.

I kept meaning to call and talk about what I knew I had to pay, but I forgot. Five months later, I received a letter from a collection agency for $ 540! Than 180 million euros more in "user fees"!

I spoke with the collection agency (s) of course, do not treat me any respect, and asked if they lower the rate of "collections". She said no, and was consistent with his client, the specialist () in the dental office. II told them, then call the client to see whether it lowers the rate of recovery. She said that no library can do.

So I wonder if there is anything I can do! I have a folder on the loan in mid-November, if not paid.

Can I with the dental specialist? Do I have the full price for the collection agency? What are my rights? Help - have to pay the loan, on the street.

Read your contract with the dentist. The collection agency can not agree on any interest rates as in the original contract. You can no new taxes or increasing interest.
The collection agency hired and works for the dentist. You can not lower prices without permission from the dentist.
You have the right to request a detailed list of expenses, and added to your account to a collection agency.
You also have the right to "fire" from the collection agency and pay the clinic

Call your dentist and see if you can pay the amount due. Is likely to accept. But if the dentist sells the debt to a debt collection agency, you're out of luck.

It is better to solve this one way or another, or you have damaged credit for 7 years.

You have no rights. You do not pay your bill. Dentist gave collections and have the right to a portion of the interest you owe obtained. Open your account and a lesson to draw from.

A collection agency are the scum of the earth. Call your dentist and develop a payment plan. Remember!
